It only took 2 years!!

Well it is official...Morgan has had her first haircut! She did amazing and there is no longer a mullet growing on our daughter's head! Here is her evidence of a job well done!

Easter

Morgan got to go and see the Easter bunny. She did much better this year and actually liked him. Here she is sporting her ears!

This is the yummy cake I made for Easter dinner. I only got 2 pieces and Jarret ate the rest.



The Easter bunny left LOTS of eggs outside in the front of our house. She loved finding them. It was so great to watch her get so excited when she found another egg.

The Easter bunny also brought lots of candy and a few new toys.

She tried all the candy but still doesn't like it. She tried the jelly beans the most, but they still all got spit out in the end. I am not too upset about it :)

Pre-Easter Update

We've been quite busy in the last few weeks. Morgan and I got to go and visit the Kauffman family for Grant's 2nd Birthday. While we were away Jarret went to Merced, CA for work. It was a long 9 days without Daddy but Morgan survived. She really missed him. She would actually hug and kiss the phone when we got to talk with Jarret at night! A 3 hour time difference is hard!

Morgan has taking a liking to her orange sunglasses. She will wear them inside or outside! Here she is wearing them while watching cartoons in the morning and eating her current favorite, Frozen Gogurts! The second picture is her "papparazzi" photo!

Here is Morgan sleeping in her seat in Jarret's new truck. She LOVES riding in the Tacoma!

She really likes tractors and decided that she was going to ride on the tractor like the piggies!

Morgan got into my nightstand and found my travel pillow. She also has decided that anything that is a bunny is amazing!

"Trigger" was scary to Morgan the first few days but she ended up warming up to him! She loved to feed him!

February in a Nutshell

Well February has come and almost gone so we thought we would update. Things have been "cold" around here. It has been below freezing many days and just this week the sun has finally peaked it's shining face out. We took advantage of the sunny and warm (yes it was in the 60s this weekend). We went to our friends house for a bonfire. Morgan and I spent about 2.5 hours outside on Saturday while Jarret worked on the upstairs and on Sunday we all went playing in the woods and on the field behind our house. Otis even got to go with us!

Our neighbor brought Morgan some stickers and she decided to decorate everyone, including Lewis!

Christmas and New Years Update

Christmas time was a crazy whirlwind of traveling and lots of presents!
